Alan Halderman, a local surfer/fisherman/swell guy/wine expert/guy you like to know in Newport, had a massive stroke on Catalina and we're raising funds for his therapy. Please come out to the sand with the family and friends to Blackies at the Newport Pier this Saturday(Nov 21) from 9-11am. There will be a ton of silent auction items from killer companies, food drinks. It should be a right on time and an event that would hook up a fellow surfer with some much needed therapy.
